Mentoring and Supervision for OTs 

I am passionate about supporting professionals to develop their confidence, strengthen their knowledge and continue to grow in their professional journey.

I am a multi-award winning Highly Specialist Paediatric Occupational Therapist, recognised at the OT Excellence Awards in both 2024 and 2026 under multiple categories, with extensive experience across NHS, specialist and independent practice.

​

Since qualifying in 2008 with a First Class Honours degree in Occupational Therapy, I have worked across a range of paediatric services, supporting babies, children and young people with developmental, neurological and complex needs.

​

I continue to practicese clinically as a Paediatric Occupational Therapist across Essex, while running my own training platform, the Developmental Play Academy®, where I support and educate professionals worldwide.

​

My experience combines clinical practice, education, leadership and business development, allowing me to offer a unique perspective to both Occupational Therapists and professionals working within baby and toddler services. ​​
